What is PMP Video Studio?
PMP Video Studio is the video side of PMP’s marketing automation for property management companies. You give us about 15 minutes a month and we turn it into local videos, graphics and fresh content for your website and YouTube.
It’s part of DoorEngine, our complete local ranking system, and it’s included in the full PMP package.
How much of my time does it take?
About 15 minutes a month. You reply to our monthly intake request, which takes 10 to 15 minutes. We handle the research, scripts, graphics, production and posting.
What kind of videos do you make?
Short local videos built around what owners in your market search for, like “Who is the best property management company in (your city)?” Topics include property management in your city, 24/7 property protection and management fees.
Each one is posted to YouTube and your website.
Why does video help a property management company rank?
Owners search Google and ask AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini who to hire. YouTube videos are a proven way for local businesses to show up in those answers, and fresh local content gives Google more reasons to rank you. This is called AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
