What is automation for property management companies?

What is in my fifteen minutes a month?
Log in to your dashboard. Click the monthly intake link and complete it. Occasionally we get on a phone call with you. This provides us with local input, which we use to fuel the monthly calendar of content.
Will automation replace my team?
No. It takes the repetitive work off their plate so they can spend their time on owners, residents and growth. You set the rules, like how after-hours emergencies are handled, and your team stays in control.
Who sets it all up?
We do. We set up everything, including importing your properties, vendors and tenants. It couldn’t be easier.
