PMP Grow
PropertyManage.Pro automates three sides of a property management business: maintenance, websites, and marketing. PMP Grow is the website and marketing side. It builds and runs your site and CRM, produces the content that fills them, and keeps your Google Business Profile in step with your website — with every published post gated behind your approval.
Where PMP Grow fits
PropertyManage.Pro is built as separate automation engines so you can adopt the parts you need. PMP Grow covers everything on the digital presence and marketing side.
Intake, triage, vendor coordination, scheduling, and after-hours emergencies — handled around the clock.
A full property management website and CRM, built, hosted, and maintained for you.
Content for your site and blog, plus a content engine that keeps your Google Business Profile aligned with it.
What PMP Grow does
Most property managers have a website that goes stale, a blog nobody updates, and a Google Business Profile that drifts out of date. PMP Grow treats all three as one system.
We build and host a complete property management website — owner and tenant-facing pages, listings, and lead capture — wired directly into a CRM so every enquiry lands somewhere you can work it.
We produce the ongoing content your site needs to stay current and rank — service pages, market and neighborhood pages, and blog articles written for the markets you actually operate in.
The same engine that keeps your website current drafts matching updates for your Google Business Profile, so the two tell one consistent story instead of drifting apart.
Google Business Profile integration
PMP Grow connects to your Google Business Profile so your listing stays as current as your website. The connection is optional, you authorize it yourself through Google, and the engine never publishes on its own.
You authorize PropertyManage.Pro through Google's own OAuth consent screen. Connecting is optional — the rest of PMP Grow works without it.
We read your business locations, reviews, and existing media so the dashboard can show your current listing alongside your website content.
Working from the content already published on your website, the engine prepares a draft post, photo, or update for your listing.
The draft waits in your dashboard queue. You edit it, approve it, or discard it. A draft that is never approved is never published.
Only after your approval do we publish the post to your Google Business Profile — exactly as you approved it.
Human-in-the-loop is a hard gate, not a setting. There is no automatic posting mode and no scheduled publishing that bypasses review. No post, photo, or update reaches your Google Business Profile unless you have personally approved that specific item in your PropertyManage.Pro dashboard.
You can disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time — from your dashboard settings, or from your Google Account permissions page. Revocation takes effect immediately.
What we access and why. When you connect your profile we request a single Google OAuth scope, business.manage, which lets us read your locations, reviews, and media in order to display them, and publish the posts and photos you have approved. We request no other Google scope — no Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts access. We do not sell or transfer your Google data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized AI models. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and our handling of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Communication suites
Property managers lose hours to inbox triage and to writing up calls they just finished. Both copilots are built to give that time back without taking control away from you.
Inbox Copilot
Your inbox fills with vendor replies, owner questions, tenant requests, listing enquiries, and noise — all landing in the same place with the same priority.
Inbox Copilot organizes incoming email the moment it arrives. Important messages stay in front of you; clutter is filed away so it stops competing for attention. You get an inbox sorted the way a property management business actually works, rather than one long undifferentiated list.
Voice Copilot
You take a call between showings and the details are gone by the time you reach a desk. Voice Copilot closes that gap while you are still moving.
A call comes in. When it ends, you tap through to your mobile app and dictate your notes out loud. Those notes are written up and sent straight to the CRM, attached to the right record — no typing, no end-of-day catch-up.
Voice Copilot does not record your calls. It captures the notes you choose to dictate afterwards — nothing more.
Book a call and we will walk through your website, your content, and your Google Business Profile as they stand today.
