The content team that brings you owners, not busywork.

How the engine runs

Pages feed Google. Google feeds leads. The report closes the loop.

Most property managers publish in bursts, or not at all, and nobody can tell whether it produced a single owner. This runs as a system instead.

Diagram

Four-node flow: Owner pages → Google posts → Tracked clicks → Owner leads

Each node a rounded card, aqua arrows between them, and a dashed return line underneath labelled “monthly report closes the loop”. Build as inline SVG so it stays sharp and inherits the section’s dark palette.

What you get

Four things, every month, without you chasing any of them.

01

An owner-intent page library

The pages owners actually search — fees, switching managers, self-manage versus hire, first-time landlord — written for your market from your real numbers.

02

A Google profile that stays busy

Every new page launches a run of Google posts and owner Q&A over 30 to 60 days, each pointing back to your site with a real photo.

03

Every review answered

Prompt, on-brand replies to your Google reviews — the signal owners and Google both reward.

04

Leads traced to the source

Links are tagged, so a Google click becomes a named owner lead in your report. Not a vanity view count.

Written from your truth, not a template.

One 30-minute call a month covers what changed, any wins, your real fees and policies. That is what keeps every page accurate and local.

It is also why the pages rank. Generic filler does not.

Full-page capture in a browser frame — ideally the “What we charge” or “Switching property managers” page, since those are the two owners search most.

Google Business Profile integration

Every post is drafted by the engine and published only by you.

PMP Grow connects to your Google Business Profile so your listing stays as current as your website. The connection is optional, you authorize it yourself through Google, and the engine never publishes on its own.

  1. You connect your profile

You authorize PropertyManage.Pro through Google's own OAuth consent screen. Connecting is optional — the rest of PMP Grow works without it.

  2. We read your listing

We read your business locations, reviews, and existing media so the dashboard can show your current listing alongside your website content.

  3. The engine drafts an update

Working from the content already published on your website, the engine prepares a draft post, photo, or update for your listing.

  4. You review and approve

The draft waits in your dashboard queue. You edit it, approve it, or discard it. A draft that is never approved is never published.

  5. We publish what you approved

Only after your approval do we publish the post to your Google Business Profile — exactly as you approved it.

Human-in-the-loop is a hard gate, not a setting. There is no automatic posting mode and no scheduled publishing that bypasses review. No post, photo, or update reaches your Google Business Profile unless you have personally approved that specific item in your PropertyManage.Pro dashboard.

You can disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time — from your dashboard settings, or from your Google Account permissions page. Revocation takes effect immediately.

What we access and why. When you connect your profile we request a single Google OAuth scope, business.manage, which lets us read your locations, reviews, and media in order to display them, and publish the posts and photos you have approved. We request no other Google scope — no Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts access. We do not sell or transfer your Google data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized AI models. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and our handling of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The cadence

What actually ships, month by month.

Per market. The first 90 days build the core library; after that the engine keeps it fed.

Ranking and owner leads over the first 90 days

Two lines on one time axis — map-pack position climbing, owner leads rising behind it — with the day-90 mark called out. Use a real client once you have 90 days of data; do not mock numbers.

Consistency is the whole trick.

A listing posted to every week outranks one posted to in a burst every quarter. The engine exists to make weekly the easy option.
